Cancellation

Members or participants may request cancellation through the Society’s official communication channels.

Refund Eligibility

• Refund requests may be accepted within 7 days from the payment date, provided that the membership or service has not been activated or utilized.
• No refund will be granted after membership activation, participation in an event, or utilization of the service.
• If an event is cancelled by the Society, participants will be entitled to a full refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the approval date.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
