Bio
"Dr. Ghadeer Basunbul is a distinguished Consultant and Associate Professor in the Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics Department at King Abdulaziz University, Faculty of Dentistry. She earned her Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies in Prosthodontics from Boston University in 2010, followed by a Doctorate in Dental Biomaterial and Restorative Sciences in 2013. She has been a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in Prosthodontics since 2013. Dr. Basunbul is actively engaged in teaching and mentoring undergraduate dental students and postgraduate prosthodontics and Saudi Board residents since she joined King Abdulaziz University in 2014. She has held several leadership positions, contributing to the development and accreditation of dental care and education at KAU dental hospital as well undergraduate and postgraduate prosthodontics programs at KAU and the Saudi Board in Prosthodontics Residency Training. Dr. Basunbul continuously seeks new challenges in the academic and professional spheres as she is dedicated to shape the future of prosthodontics in Saudi Arabia, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and academic excellence."
